Certainty

He’s never uncertain, never unsure,
God is intentional, and my life is secured.
He’s the giver of life and Ancient of Days,
He orders my steps, so I follow His ways.

Evil surrounds me, been there before I came,
Born in sin, shaped in iniquity,
Therefore, I have no shame.
We all got a struggle, and we all have to fight,
Even in the valley of darkness,
God keeps me in the line of sight.

He fights every battle, and so I win every war,
The enemy comes for me,
But I’m not afraid anymore.
